How to play Blind Compatibility
- Choose a heat level: Warm, Hot or Bold. The questions range from love languages and affection to limits and fantasies; the level sets how far they go.
- Each of you answers every card Yes, Maybe or No on your own iPhone or iPad.
- It is double-blind: a No is never shown to your partner. A card only appears as a match when neither of you said no.
- Yes plus yes is a match, maybe plus maybe is one to discuss, and yes plus maybe is one to be curious about.
When to play it
Early in a relationship when you're curious about fit, or in a long-term relationship when you want to check in without the bias of knowing what the 'right' answer is supposed to be.

The private-answer mechanic only works if neither of you has time to reverse-engineer the other. Answer your set in one pass, in different rooms, and open the reveal together.
Start on Warm, even if you know each other well
The gentle level is where most couples find a surprise or two about how the other person likes to be loved. It also sets the tone that no is a perfectly good answer.
Talk about the matches, not the gaps
You only ever see what you both said yes or maybe to. Pick one match and plan when you'll actually do it; that is the point of the game.
The mistake most couples make
Answering the way you think your partner hopes you will. The double-blind only protects you if you actually use No; a Maybe you don't mean creates a match you'll have to walk back later.

Can my partner see my answers?
Never your No answers. Midnight only reveals questions where neither of you said no, so you can be honest about something you don't want without your partner ever seeing it.
Is there a compatibility score?
No. Blind Compatibility shows matches, not a percentage. A score would reward matching answers; the game is built to surface the things you both want and quietly drop the rest.
Is it only about sex?
No. Many questions are about how you like to be loved, affection and conflict. Others cover limits, fantasies and intimacy, which is exactly why a No stays private. The heat level decides how far the questions go.
Is Blind Compatibility free in Midnight?
